Heavy rainfall is forecast from 00:00 – 07:00 reaching 2.5 mm per hour. Around 12-14 mm will have fallen by 10:00. 11:00 – 12:00 will see dense cloud overhead, but this cloud will begin to split as we approach midday. Between 12:00 – 14:00 the risk of light rain will turn, the risk will be low, but still remains.
Heading into the mid-afternoon onwards conditions will become drier, with cloud building towards midnight. The risk of rain from 14:00 – 23:59 will not rise above 10%.
The temperature will start at 6°C, but during the early hours of the morning the temperature will decrease to 3°C at 09:00. The low temperature mid-morning does pose the risk of sleet for a couple of hours. Temperature will rise to a high of 7°C between the hour of 13:00 – 16:00, before falling to a low of 3°C once again by 21:00.
The wind chill will knock 4-5°C off the air temperature, making it feel around 0°C than 7°C.
The wind speeds will increase from low levels during the early hours of just 6 mph, to 26 mph between 14:00 – 15:00. Gusts during the same period will reach 47 mph, but heading into the late afternoon and the evening the winds will begin to reduce, still remaining moderate
The wind direction will switch every hours during the morning, but from 08:00 a more stable outlook will take place. A NNW will begin to turn into a westerly by 12:00, remaining that way for the rest of the evening.
The humidity will peak at 96% between 04:00 – 06:00, as the clearer spells begin to develop the humidity will fall to 49%, but as the cloud begins to build into the evening, the humidity will rise back to 77%.
The pressure will be very turbelent throughout the day. 1010.5 mb will be seen as we enter Sunday, but by 03:00 it will have already fallen by 6 mb, then an additional 5.5 mb by 06:00. 09:00 will see a 0.5 mb by 09:00, before a rapid rise of 5.6 mb, continuing to rise to 1015.3 mb by midnight.
